AIPLA Submits Comments to TTAB, Raising Many Concerns with Proposed Rules

As the March 20 deadline quickly approaches for submission of Comments, the AIPLA filed these detailed comments on the TTAB's proposed rules package.  The AIPLA submission is the most thorough comments submitted to the TTAB to date, and cautions the TTAB against implementing the new Rules in their present form.
